We began by supporting internal hiring for embedded and engineering roles at Nytec, a consumer electronics firm based in Kirkland, WA. Our consistent performance led to an exclusive partnership to manage their entire talent acquisition business.

Championed by Regina Sperry (then Vice President at Microsoft), we were tasked with scaling Nytec’s teams for a major Microsoft project. Our team in India (Pune & Bangalore) successfully onboarded over 200 candidates at Microsoft’s Seattle headquarters, scaling the operations team from 2 to 25 members.

This success opened doors to Nytec’s projects with Meta, Amazon, and LinkedIn through the Managed Service Provider (MSP) channel. During the 2016 IoT boom, we implemented a proactive talent mapping strategy, securing top talent in advance to give our clients a decisive competitive edge.
